Greeting from Kabul, Afghanistan.

The purpose of sending this email is to understand that Thai doesn't have embassy in Afghanistan so a) how can I get the visa? I have invitation letter from a training center which conduct a training in Thai by the name of Mango, thus, does it enough for receiving Thai visa? or what it the procedure for Afghan people that desire to go to Thailand?

Suggest you contact the Thai Embassy if Pakistan for advise. Be very careful to check out any offers you have received before spending money on visa / travel. 

Could you give me the Thai embassy in Pakistan phone number because the which is post on not work at all and if possible please send me the email address too.

you have done the incorrect thing by parting with your money up front  before   confirmation of visa status

 

i am not sure but i would think that the visa application  will be a complicated and very drawn out procedure  my advice  be patient   and do not spend any further cash apart from visa application to the embassy only do not be tempted by any non official agents

Perhaps you would have better luck contacting the consulate in Karachi.

Firstly Thank you very much indeed for helping me and secondly sorry for making you bore. However, I want to tell you that this is not working too, I have already tried many time to call through my cell phone from here Afghanistan but no one answered me.

Have you tried sending an email to themz?

yes, I have emailed twice but no one replied me.

I have emailed from my office email address. 

If If Pakistan is a no go then you might consider the Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi in the UAE.  This is from the UAE Thai Embassy site: "AFGHANISTAN and IRAQ : Approval of visa application for Iraqi and Afghan nationals can take up to 45 days after submission of documents at the Embassy."  

 

I interpret this statement as they will accept visa applications Afghan and Iraqi Nationals.  Of course you would have to fly to the UAE in order to get this accomplished.  Good luck.

Here is the link for VFS Global who handle Thai visa applications in India.

 

Not sure if they’ll process one for an Afghan, but if you email them they will almost certainly reply..

Have you tried all 11 of the numbers given on the page ( (92-51) 8431270 up to and including  8431280)? I have found the first number in these cases to be often busy when contacting a busy office.

Yes I tried all these numbers several times.

Must be some problem with your phone not able to call international numbers or your service provider does not allow it. I just called the number 92-51-8431270 and it connected immediately. There was an automatic voice response grom the Islamabad Embassy asking to dial 'extension number if you know it'. The Karachi & Abu Dhabi numbers also work.

Under those circumstances, I would suggest contacting them by the ancient medium of fax (a bit inconvenient I know). If you are in Kabul, you should be able to find a business center (perhaps in a city hotel) who can help you send and receive faxes.

Much to my surprise, I note from this Wikipedia article that the Thai Embassy in New Delhi is accredited in Afghanistan. This should mean (at a minimum) that they would be able to answer the questions of those planning to visit Thailand on education visas. It also leads me to think you could try contacting
