Hi - I just become a condo owner. Anyone recommending condo insurance? Since I'm a new to be a owner, if anyone has experiences, please let me know what and where should I look for.

Widely available from most (all?) of the big names. 2,500B per year per MB insured seems a fairly common price.

Bear in mind that the insurance for the building structure is taken out by the juristic person itself, so your insurance only needs to cover your liability, contents and fittings. One or two million Baht is probably enough, depending on how luxurious your condo is.
