No clue who, if any, might have "broadcast" or "streaming" rights for Thailand? Not seeing anything in the Truevisions on-line guide, nor the SI guide. Last year people recommended streaming options like Kodi add-ons, and USTVnow (they have a free option which includes, at a minimum CBS). You could try sites like (presumably with a VPN): https://www.ncaa.com/march-madness-live/watch?cid=mml_partner_ncaa_generic https://www.expressvpn.com/stream-sports/march-madness/ Some pubs in Bangkok are advertising it so guess they're streaming it?
