Couldn't even track an Air Malaysia passenger jet entering and exiting the Thai airspace half a dozen times... What devices would they use to spot and follow this chinese station re-entering the atmosphere? Rather info from Japan, US, PRC, Russia, ...even the internet maybe? Maybe some monk or magician could help too? What a silly bunch! Thailand 0.4 on the move...
