A search for substandard rabies vaccines brings up pretty much nothing except major issues in India and China. China's was traced to a private supply network in Shandong. I don't think they had much luck in sorting out the Indian one.

Nothing whatsoever is mentioned about Spain!

Maybe someone purchased on the internet and the goods were sent from Spain!

More crap reporting. If 400 people had been infected, there would be 400 deaths. So unless there are 390+ people in hospital with rabies symptoms and waiting to die, this is absolute bullshit.

No not really 400 bites from infected animals maybe, but vaccination would have stopped the actual disease from developing or you would have had to take a number and wait your turn to start your reincarnation

And this is one of the major problems facing Thailand and the Thais the absolute ignorance that exists in this country about this disgusting disease

I told this story about spain cheating thailand to my wife....she goes, ohh some years ago the UK also cheated us for sooo much money, they sold us bombdetectors which were no good...
