I've got 32,000 at the moment, and a bunch of them will expire in the next six months or so. Upgrades are no use to me as I already fly in Business. The latest ticket is paid for so I can't use them to part-pay for a ticket. I had an idea to pre-order (and so pay using the miles) a bottle of good booze, Remy XO or whatever, but their Sky Shop doesn't accept pre-orders for alcohol. Buying it during the flight you can only use cash or plastic, no miles. I've got no interest in pre-ordering perfume of any of the other tat I see in the Sky Shop, so does anyone have any suggestions as to what to use all these air miles for? I'm flying BKK-LHR-BKK and have transport arranged at both ends, and don't need hotels or spas or any of the other things they advertise.

I had some expiring Emirates miles recently and used them to book the Landmark in Bangkok for Christmas. I don't know what Eva miles can get you but I'd just spoil them rather than leave them.
