SYDNEY (Reuters) - The United States will deploy a record number of Marines to train in Australia, the Australian defence minister said on Friday, as Washington seeks to counter what it describes as Chinese aggression in the region.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The cryptocurrency trading marketplace could be improved by applying some of the principles from the stock market such as best execution and surveillance, a senior U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission official said on Thursday.

Police contend that Wirote was the main supplier who sold drugs to retail drug dealers in the local area.

Krabi Police held a press conference yesterday (March 22) to announce that two alleged drug mafia gang leaders had been arrested in Krabi with almost 20,000 amphetamine pills and 2 million Baht worth of assets.

Phuket Vice Governor, Thavorn Kongkaew, chaired the signing of Memorandums of Understanding between the government sector, the private sector and local associations. The MOUs are aiming to stop the use of foam material containers in Phuket. There were 13 companies granted a certificate of honour for being foam-free.

PHUKET: Thalang Police have confirmed that the 33-year-old man who stabbed to death a robber armed with a knife and a gun who was trying to steal his mobile phone on Mar 6 has not been charged for the killing, although the investigation is ongoing.
