Qantas? now doing non-stop?

17 hours flight direct.

I don't know if I would fancy it.

Yeah. And it an additional 5 hour to get to Perth where they leave from. Thai used to fly direct LA to Bkk about 18 hours coming back. Did it a few times. Direct has advantages but I was up front.

I wouldn't and especially not in eco.

17 hours cramped in a narrow seat in a dark metal tube, sitting upright.

They should require a medical certificate for all passengers

 

In a first class suite, maybe

(just that there is none)

 

Economy: 32" pitch, 17.2" width.

17 hours.

They should pay me for that.

 

Premium Economy: 38, 20.5.

Bearable.

 

Business: 42 flat bed seats with 180 degrees recline.
