Let’s remember that Ken Star was not investigating anything to do with Lewinsky. He was investigating Whitewater (on which he found nothing prosecutable), and in the course of that questioned Paula Jones, then Clinton where Clinton perjured himself over his affair with Lewinsky.

 

Was it fair? I don’t think so. But what’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. It was the Republicans that successfully argued, during the Paula Jones sexual harassment suit that a sitting president can be deposed. And it was the right wing press (ALL press actually, but the right wing press did so gleefully) that lead with it every single day.

Speaking of lawyers, Trump now has more lawyers (and even his lawyer has lawyers) working on the Stormy Daniels case than he has on the Mueller/Russia/collusion case. So the Stormy  case must be more important than his supporters would have us believe.

I haven't really thought about her daughter. But thinking about it of course the girl is going to learn about her mother's career as a porn star whether the "trump" publicity happened or not. Porn is legal work but not exactly something without stigma. But learning that her mother stood up to the most disgusting con man president in American history, however this all turns out for Mommy, may well be a balancing source of PRIDE.
