my response was about a post saying stormy was tainted by the likes of trump sex encounter but she has performed with a multitude of male porn actors and not too many of them are arkansas lawyers and rhodes scholars

If Cohen used his own money, it’s still a campaign contributuion if it’s purpose was to benefit (or reduce harm to) the campaign. The amount also far exceeds the allowable amount of individual donations.

 

The timing makes it hard to argue that it wasn’t for the benefit of the campaign. So even if it was a Cohen’s personal money, even if it was declared in the campaign accounts, it’s still illegal because it far exceeds the allowable amount.

 

It doesn’t matter that Daniels is a “sleazy” prince star, or that she may be u  this for fame and fortune, or that her lawyer talks like a trollish thug, or that Cohen may be that illusive one in a billion lawyer who would spend his own money for a client. The only thing for a judge (in this case, the election commission) to consider is whether this was a campaign contribution.

 

Beyond that, and for a different judge to consider is whether the NDA is valid. If not, Daniels can sign book and movie deals. If it is, she has already broken it, but it seems she has something on Trump that gives her the confidence that as long as she doesn’t cross a line we don’t know about, he will not go after her.

Sadly that is not true.................she was 13, the other was 12. The rape of the one at 13 was witnessed by the adult female who "sourced" the child. She is incidental willing to testify buy the woman that was the child has been subject to threats according to her lawyer.

I heard there were 2 girls, both age 14.  One, named Maria, was never heard from again. It's common for kid rapists to threaten a victim with: "If you tell anyone about this, you and your family will be killed."  It's possible that threat was followed up.
