somchai jones
Hi My current non immigrant visa (over 50 years of age) expires on 20th June. I'd like to process the next 12 month's extension as early as possible as I will leave for a 2 week holiday in UK on 21st June. what is the earliest date I can take my documents to Ta Yang (Petchaburi) to apply for the 12 month extension. Any advice much appreciated.
ubonjoe
You can apply for the extension up to 30 days or 45 days early at some offices.
OJAS
Don't forget to apply for a re-entry permit as well as your extension so as to keep your revised June 2019 permission to stay alive upon your return from the UK.
