i have renewed the extension of stay (o non immd visa)3 times. Every time ,i have prepared the record from the first page to the last input. If i have changed the passbook to the new one as i have used up the old one. Next time, i have to prepare both passbook record? i will renew on Jan next year.

You will only need to show your bank account history for the 3 months prior to your application date.

No. Just show them the new updated passbook. They are only interested in the 3 months before the date you apply.
