Lawyers on Trumps side have made statements that Trump had no knowledge of the Non Disclosure Agreement nor any knowledge of the $130,000 payment to Daniels. Trump certainly did not sign the agreement.

 

The NDA places obligations on both parties, lawyers for one party say he had no knowledge of the agreement and he certainly did not sign it.

 

So come on illiberals, explain how an agreement that an individual is unaware of and did not sign can be enforced?

 

Stormy Danniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti‏  has made very clear statements that his client is not seeking a cash settlement, its not about money, its about coming 100% clean. And he has more to say on that:
