When you park the bike for a few days or week, where do you park your bike, if you would go to Koh Kut, or any other small island or boarder crossing?

Depends on what type of bike you have.

I always parked my my PCX at the parking space of the piers, didn't get stolen yet

Thailand is not Vietnam, i think theft here is quite rare. If you want some additional protection you could get a solid lock and attach it to something.

If it's a more expensive bike then probably the tip with the police station is good, or maybe at some hotel parking space that has CCTV.
