I wonder if this is a police laser gun guy checking for speed violations at the intersection bridge of Tha Sala? He is facing north and I am undecided if it is a worker doing something or is he actually pointing a laser gun at cars?! I did not get a real good look because I did not care but later it came back to my mind as I have seen this guy already the 5th time in a few days just standing there.

Did you intend to attach a photograph?  If so, it's not displaying here.

 

Is he just standing there or pointing something at oncoming traffic?
