Certain? No. I'm not privy to the supply chain logistics for fresh food. But I, perhaps mistakenly, assumed that if the vessels are docking here, they'd be provisioned by local producers with contracts. If incorrect, I stand corrected. As you say, logically, it probably depends on such things as mutual defence contracts and vetted suppliers along the chain. I'm sure that those aboard will be doing their best to ensure the safety and security of all personnel.
