NutsMango
I see there is a sticky thread, but ehm 35 pages + I think our circumstances are bit unusual then most from what I've read. I'm European, my gf a Thai. We would like to go for a short holiday to OZ, only about 2-4 weeks. We would like to apply for my gf's visa directly, not with the FVS agency. But I want to ask if there is any chance to get the visa. The main issue: my gf doesn't a job or income which she can prove. I have an online business, she helps me out and we travel non-stop for almost 2 years. The past 12 months we spent summer in Europe and the rest in about 6 countries in Asia, including Singapore. We keep track of what money she earns but nothing goes to Thai bank account due to the criminal overseas ATM withdrawal charges. Is there a possibility of getting OZ tourist visa considering above? Will27
You can apply online. Your circumstances are not that unusual TBH. Immigration will want to see a reason for her to return to Thailand. She hasn't got a job so family ties, property etc would help. The money shouldn't have a big bearing as you will be sponsoring her. You should mention her extensive travel history as well. Just put in a strong application and see what happens.
Swimman
Apply online and meticulously answer all questions honestly and ensure all documentation requested is scanned into PDF/JPG format and attached to the application. Your g/f will have to attend the VFS visa centre to have her biometrics recorded(the Oz immigration people will tell you when they require this)
