foggy1 Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 Hi hope someone can help. I have a retirement visa ( extension of stay for one year based on retirement). my 90 report (address notify) is on July 18 th. I’m going to the Uk for 6 weeks on July 6 th using a re entry permit so can’t attend. my question is will I get a 90 report date on re entry to Thailand ? Thank you for any advice
RichardColeman Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 90 days resets when you come back, so 90 days from when you enter again - so mid November would be your next 90 days report 1
ubonjoe Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 Your report will not be due since you will not of stayed 90 consecutive days in the country from the date of your last report. You report will be due 90 days from the day you enter the country including that day in the count. You will not get a new report date from immigration when you enter the country. You will have to count the days yourself to determine the date your report is due.
Swimman Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 No 90-day report is needed prior to departing. When you return a 90-day report will be due 89 days after the date you enter the country - It is your responsibility to calculate this.
