Can anyone tell me what's the best brand milk for a toddler

I am 64 now, but had an allergy to cow's and my mother's milk, (we never were great friends :) ), so subsisted on goat's milk, which has a bit less lactose and different proteins. I have used plenty of cow's milk, cheese, etc. with no noticeable ill effect since babyhood.
"Formulas"  were not widely used back then, and of questionable quality.
I would recommend asking your pediatrician for an opinion on that.
Strictly subjective, I have found mMilk brand to be most consistent in quality and flavour, closely followed by Chokchai Farms brand, but of course both are not reliably stocked at Tesco, where I usually shop.

The Mrs tells me that some brands add powder to their whole milk
