mockingbird
I'm planning on implementing a cycle of 3 months in Thailand on a tourist visa, then 2 months back in my home country. I'll be doing this for the foreseable future..i.e. 3 months in thailand, 2 months at home, 3 months in Thailand/2 months at home etc etc. In the current climate, can I expect any difficulties with immigration? They are after people living in the country, not frequent visitors.

No visa is required to leave the country. There are multiple entry visas issued by embassies and consulates and multiple re-entry permits issued by immigration.
