Do you still need a photo ? Thai Immigration website doesn't mention it and I vaguely remember them using desk cams.So photo or not please ??

 

Required:

Proof of income

Copy passport

 

Seems too little for Thai Immigration to me, please let me know if I missed something.

You still need a 4 X 6 photo attached to the TM7 application form.

What you need depends upon the office where you apply. 

I assume your proof income is a document from your embassy confirming you 65k baht income.

Copies of passport is photo page, visa, entry stamp and your current extension of stay. Some office more pages copied though.

They may ask you for receipts for 90 day report,and TM 30, they did

ask for them from me last week, and everybody in que before me

had to go and make copies of pages the must have missed,while

everything came to a standstill until their return.

As I recall from other postings from him on here, I think he lives in Chiang Mai.

Just to update this a little from my visit today. UJ was quite correct in his comments. What did surprise me was the "additional" declarations that were not asked for in previous years. 3 pages in total regarding overstay / work permits & visa and a detailed map to my address.

 

(As always this may be old news to some and new to others as offices can and do vary)

 

The whole extension application now consists of 8 pages plus photo and passport.
