Let’s hope that Prawit from the goodness of his heart will include in the manual UN Human Right Standard for excessive use of force especially live ammo on protestors during peace time and include severe punishment for violation. 

It'll take a while to synchronize all those watches before anything else can happen ....

How about letting the demonstrators demonstrate -- as long as they're not engaging in any violence and not obstructing public access?

I wonder if they will tell the RTP and all the other "hanger ons" (pseudo policemen)?

They forgot to mention that increased use of force is on the condition of violence or destruction of property-not peaceful protests!
