how many days can I apply visa extenstion before expiring

hello guys

 

my non-o visa will be expired on 26 May. however i got a happen to go to HK on 21 to 23 May.

how can i do?

If i apply for extending, they are giving me temporary stamp for a month before new extended visa.

in this case, I can get re-entry or not?

 

or After coming back fromHK, 24 May, is possible to apply to extend?

however I have heard extending must be required 7 days before expiry.

You can apply for any qualifying 1 year extension of stay within the last 30 days. Day 1 of the extension will be May 28th regardless of how early you apply.

Yes, you can get a re-entry permit at the same time you apply for the extension that will cover the under consideration period.

Yes you can apply on May 24th. You can apply right up to the expiry date of the current permission to stay. There’s no 7 day rule. 

 

Also, as your permission to stay ends on a Saturday you could apply on Monday 28th.
