BANGKOK — They’ve gone after Magic Skin’s “slimming” powders, Lyn’s killer diet pills and now actress Bella Ranee’s “Be Curve” food supplements. But will it be enough?

Really, yet marijuana, which is not dangerous, carries  criminal charges  if caught. Comments below.

I thought these 'celebs" were supposed to be as white as copy paper.

A appropriate punishment would be a court order that forces them to consume or use their own crappy (and often enough downright dangerous) products for at least one year. Oh, and of course they'd have to pay the grossly inflated retail price for each and every package, the same price they fleece their gullible customers for. The proceeds would go into a welfare fund for their hapless victims.

Yet they can be hounded and fined  for being photographed with a bottle of beer. This place is so backward it is unbelievable

To be fair, the bib are [for now] going after the "celebs" who are pushing these products

The officials should be responsible if any dangerous supplements are on market.

Those celebrities don't have chemical lab in their condos. Possibly they receive the "good stuff" from the companies.

come on, this is Thailand, they do whatever they can to make more money, they dont give a rats ar*e about the truth or what the product does or doesnt do. Charging them for promoting these scam products  and issuing big fines/jail time will stop it

There’s always one.

Now when you were young ( of course you might be a young person now) maybe at school or college- did you notice that the guys who smoked all the time - dropped out, could not string  more than three words together and called you Man.

Most of them are now dead.

You heard of skunk - not good
