Just wondering if they have something like carnation milk here

(in a can) but thicker like cream?

There's this, but I don't know if it's available in Thailand. Why not buy one of the many aerosol creams?

you may have to thicken it a bit 

The other stuff you mentioned is Condensed svveeten milk

 

There is Carnation evaporated milk and Carnation condensed milk on sale in shops here. See Wikipedia for differences.

The condensed sweetened milk no good for me. Was looking for a substitute to use in cream sauces etc. So whipping cream also no good. Its about 95% oxygen....but good for instant deserts. Got some evaporated milk. Not too bad, creamier than normal milk but still has a touch of sweetness. Thanks all for the suggestions.

It is in the whipping cream section but it is not whipping cream. TIT.

Evaporated milk would not make a convincing savoury cream sauce. Well, it wouldn't convince me anyway.
