Cream in a can

Recommended Posts

You may mean canned evaporated milk:

The descriptions sound disgusting.

I think I would rather get proper cream in a carton:

Just wondering if they have something like carnation milk here

(in a can) but thicker like cream?

you may have to thicken it a bit

The other stuff you mentioned is Condensed svveeten milk

The condensed sweetened milk no good for me. Was looking for a substitute to use in cream sauces etc. So whipping cream also no good. Its about 95% oxygen....but good for instant deserts. Got some evaporated milk. Not too bad, creamier than normal milk but still has a touch of sweetness. Thanks all for the suggestions.

You need this one:

It is in the whipping cream section but it is not whipping cream. TIT.

Evaporated milk would not make a convincing savoury cream sauce. Well, it wouldn't convince me anyway.
