Offical rule is 4 Thai employees, some offices allow 2+ Wife, some Wife+1, some maybe not even that. One poster even reported his local labor office gives him a work-permit on a "retirement" extension, which is generally considered "employment prohibited." In many cases, the "law" here is whatever someone with local-authority says it is.
