I get prescribed this long term in the uk along with Tramadol for fibromylgia.

Our GP in the uk has starting getting twitchy in the uk about prescribing more than a standard 1 month dose of either. Whilst I have had Tramadol in 2 month prescriptions in the past am not going to be able to get more. No problem as can buy them OTC in Thailand at certain pharmacy but what about Mirtazapine  ??

I did enquire few months ago in a popular pharamcy in Pattaya who will sell virtually anything to you but I got a blank look and "thailand no have this medicine"  ??

Trade name is Zymron but it will only be stocked by large pharmacies. You may have difficulty in obtaining Tramadol as the regulations associated with its supply have been tightened.

Boots is not a big pharmacy!!!!!

He mains a store that primarily sells drugs. A Thai ran ya.

In Pattaya, try Fascino. North Pattaya Road near City Hall (same side of the road about 100m further from the beach). This is their main store, they have smaller outlets in several locations but these are unlikely to carry it.

In addition to Symron it is also sold under brand name Remeron but that is likely to be more expensive.

Well Boots to me is a large pharmacy compared to the very small one I normally use. Not sure why you needed 5 exclamation marks

Will try Fascino which I have heard of
