Is That Police Clearance from Home Country?

Hello

 

I'll apply Non B(teaching) from Penang. As we know they request police clearence from Thailand and homecountry.

 

I got from Thailand already and is that okay also for home country? I got this paper from offical  Turkish government website then print.

I have seen nothing official that they want both. Only a news article about it happening to a person that only had one from his home country and they wanted a Thai one which may of been because apparently he had been in Thailand for some time.

The one from you Turkey should be accepted unless they insist it be a signed and stamped by the authority that issued it.

Yes but I saw on Thai visa facebook page someone also apply non b visa yesterday and she said they asked for criminal record both from thailand and home country. So i dont know

 

but my home country criminal record as u said dont have stamp, signed etc. Because i didnt get from turkish embassy. If i take from there may be have. So that paper from offical ministry of justice website but when i print there is no stamp, signature etc. I hope they’ll accepted.

Called Turkish consulate in Bangkok. as they said they cannot know if thai consulate ok or not but if u want we can give ur criminal record with stamp, signature from turkish consulate.

Better to get one from them than taking a chance they would not accept the one you have.

yes but first im waiting my agency prepare my documents. ı wish everything ok. and do you know what can i found non b visa requirements penang? i check website all thai.

There is nothing on their website that has their requirements. There is only a link that takes you to consular affairs department website.

but i check many websites all different for non b visa teaching in penang. ım totally confused and kinda worry even my agency prepare documents.

The one you found for Penang is out of date and only shows the requirements for a non-b visa if working for a company.

The 2nd one is not specific for Penang.

This list from the Kuala Lumpur embassy website is prolbably close to Penang's requirements.

So do you think where is better for apply non b penang or kuala lumpur? Last time I listen you went savannakhet it was pretty ok. wanna listen u again haha

 

1)Cover letter addressed to the Royal Thai Embassy

what does it mean actually? School have to write letter to thai embassy? or Letter of acceptance from employing institute or school in Thailand? or other mean?

2)Letter of approval from the Office of the Private Education Commission (for private school/college only)

A)my school private. my agency told me that, they are waiting letter from ministry of education. this letter ok for this part?

B)Before ministiry of education send letter school have to write letter to them right?

3)i heard some people said need also school location map,  school license, vidence of educational qualification such as diplomas or teaching certificates. etc.

Penang or KL are about the same now.

Vientiane Laos would be a good choice but you would need to get a visa for Laos from their embassy since you cannot get a visa on arrival due to you being from Turkey.

1. Both letters are the same. The school should know what is needed.

I'm the not first teacher here. I just little bit worry as i said my agency preparing my documents and said waiting letter from ministry of education around 1 week. they said i have to pass toeic at the time and i just get my score 3 days ago. i got 790 n i know thai government request at least 550

 

so i just wanna make correct myself. i hope everything will be ok let's see. thank you!
