Ten boys set to face charges of gang rape after attack on girl, 15 in Ratchaburi

Ten boys face charges of rape after a 15 year old school girl was attacked in Ratchaburi.

 

The story received wide coverage after it was featured on Amarin TV.

 

Following the TV show Bang Pong police spoke to the victim and her family.

 

Now armed with evidence they are set to charge ten boys with rape, abduction, illegal detention and obscenity.

 

The boys took a video of their activity and threatened to put it online if the victim told anyone. 

 

A female is also set to be charged. She is believed to have been a friend of the victim and enticed her to where the boys were waiting.

 

A school counselor has said that the boys said they only held the victim's hand, reported Sanook. They denied molesting her.

I’m sure the boys parents will bail them out of this one & the director will have his pockets lined pretty well.

School directors are right up there in the big league with corrupt politicians and their fellow civil servants. They are not in the slightest bit interested in this girls plight....unless someone hands over hard cash for them and a holiday for the staff.

seems to be a popular pastime with many thai males so their sons getting into it is only natural, they want to be like their fathers and uncles. The way females are treated in Thailand is disgusting and the way the males are made out to be so superior is really pathetic, parenting is beyond a joke here as is the lack of respect to others. When teachers can do as they please to students with no penalties it shows that respect is totally missing here, hopefully these delinquents will be made to pay big time.

Thailand TV censors cigarette smoking on TV but the beating, assault & slapping of women on soap operas seems to be business as usual and a message sent to Thai Males at a very young age that woman beating is acceptable ! A lot of things in Thailand seem to be ass backwards. Remember Prostitution is Illegal in Thailand, Go Figure Thai!

What a friend she turned out to be,again I think this will be brushed under the table and all will be forgotten,

I wish the girl gets all the help she needs in this matter no woman should experience that let alone a girl,

Then they should be charged with "holding hands in public", punishable by chemical castration, and seven years in prison, no bail, no time off for family paying off the jailers.  The female should be charged with trafficking in Persons and sent to Men's prison where she will be held in local population for six months, to get a taste of what her 'friend' went thru.

What happens in Pakistan makes all other countries seem tame.
