I have to go to the Thai Consulate here in China to get a Non-B visa, but they won't answer their phone or answer my email as to whether they will be open tomorrow, Tuesday, May 29. The web says tomorrow is a holiday, but the Consulate calendar seems to indicate today is a holiday (maybe they want a three day weekend instead of having a Tuesday holiday. Thanks in advance. 

Tomorrow (May 29, 2018) is an official Thai government holiday.

All government offices in Thailand closed.

It's one of the highest Buddhist holidays so I can only assume that also the consulate in China will be closed.

 

Just for comparison: Embassy in Germany will be closed.

I think the embassy and consulates will be open.

Many embassies and consulates do no observe all holidays since they have to balance them between local and Thai holidays.
