trying to use hdprimetv,

opened account, and paid with true money twice 300 bahts then 50,

now i'm not being credited

i contact them 3 times by email and no answer

what should i do next

If you are not being credited then it is not the fault of HdPrime. Is there any money showing on your account?

 

If it does show then the simple answer is that the 30 day package is 380 baht. You need to add more money.

still i double check, there is one package VOD what ever it is for 250 bahts for a month, giving 65 points ?

when i click on it not enough points it says ...i poped up 350 bahts

Just above that is shows how many points you have. What does it say?

i did many times for the 300 then on for 50

If you have done many times with the same cards I would suggest it is not working. Did you get a "payment successful" screen?

no payment successfull screen

but it might have to do with the 380 bahts minimum not sure

My guess is you are putting in the wrong code. There is a serial number and a "password" number. You need to use the "password" one. The amount of each card is irrelevant. So long as you end up with 380 baht.

the password is the one you scratched, the one i used, but still did not amount to 380 bahts that maight be the problem, will have to buy moore credit i guess and cross fingers ?

No. The amount is not important. Even if you only put 50 baht on you will still receive some points.

 

If you have not had a successful payment screen then the top up did not work.

just bought 90 bahts and it worked, but did not add the 350, i guess it was bad luck thank you
