My Wife's HR is rejecting our request for an endorsement letter twice already and we had a help from a Manager.

Is there a way that they could deny this request? Is there another way we could get an endorsement letter?

I have never seen that on other embassies and consulate website. It seems that it a Phnom Penh embassy requirement.

I think the guarantee letter part may be the reason they don't want to do it. Guarantee is not the correct wording in my opinion. That part should be ignored. All that is really needed is a letter stating she is working for the school. On the Kuala Lumpur website it onlys states a cover letter is needed which would only need to state the same thing. Are you aware you wife could apply for the non-o visa at immigration. See: https://www.immigration.go.th/content/service_76

Hi Ubonjoe, we plan to do the Non-O Dependent application to Vientiane, Laos. We asked many visa-run agency and they said we should ask for an endorsement letter, or a letter stating the relationship and that they are aware and request to allow for non-o application. I am very confused with the HR i think they don't  know about this kind of requirements and just say they will not make one for us.

thank you for the lists, we live in chonburi in sriracha, can we apply for non-o there under visa-exempt?

As far as I know Vientiane does not ask for a "endorsement letter". At the most they would want a letter stating she is working for them.

Sriracha immigration can accept the visa application. It can be done with a visa exempt entry or 30 day extension of it you if have at least 15 days remaining on your permit to stay.
