The rest of my extension of stay?

Featured Replies

Hi I have a small problem, but I love to solve it before I go down to Bangkok and my embassy on monday (tomorrow).. My question is simply......

I have a extension of stay based on retirement. It should run between 1/10-2017 to somewhere 1/10-2018. But I got only (of course) up to july because my passport wasn´t valid any longer.

So I need to go down there tomorrow and apply for a new one. So when I have my new passport in my hand I go to my immigration-office here in Chaiyaphum, and ask them to stamp in the rest of the extension of stay up to somewhere round 1/10-2018..

So may I ask you guys, do they do this without any supporting documents, like affadavit of my income? Or will they just simply use my old affadavit I gave them last year 1/10-2017?

I need to know if I have to buy 2 affadavit now, one for the compleshion up to 1/10-2018 and then one more when I shall apply round 1/10-2018 for additional coming extension for a year??

Thanks for your help. I hope I have explained okey

You will have to apply for a new one year extension when you apply that will end in July of next year. They will not do it to October.

You will need proof of income to do it.
