Stay off FB, they spy on everyone, no matter if you use FB or not . MS is selling your data and selling ads to companies who  just want to sell  products you do not want-----------------

I'm on Facebook 20 times a day because I use it as my video phone to call family or business all over the world.  No one bothers me or tries to sell me things.  I think it is because I know how to use Facebook.  I'm not a criminal and want people to know where I live because I sell things and like to have women I've never had (see the song title).

  • most likely simply by someone having your phone number in their Contacts and sharing it with Facebook to "find friends" they get your name, phone number and other information

  • Could be a fake E-mail , not from FB

  • But you do use FB so there you go, sorted.

Thanks for the interesting 'links'. I watched "Zero Days" about Stuxnet and I know about the NSA spying thing quite a bit.

On FB I have some other pages, besides my personal page and FB provides me with so much data about the visitor of my pages

and even if they just look at a picture of my page outside my page they can track it.

On the other hand: what if indeed the spying is used to stop terrorists?

But my point is, intelligence services will not send SMSs about FB.

My bet is still with his provider to trick him into some subscription unknowningly.
