90 day report dates

Featured Replies

Greetings everyone.

Let's say that my 90 day report is due next Friday, 15th of June. If I go to immigration on that date, in person, I will get stamped until the 15th of September, give or take a day.

But what about the online reporting? Since I will be doing it no later than a week before due date (maybe this coming Friday on the 8th), what will they stamp on the slip?

15th of September, or 8th of September?

8th of September.

The new 90 days will start from the date your local office approves the report not the date you submit the application. If you did the report on the 8th and it was approved on the 11th your next report would be due on September 8th.

It is the same as doing a report in person early.
