garrya Posted June 11, 2018 Share Posted June 11, 2018 I have read the requirements for Non-0 single entry and I can't see photos and application forms as part of the requirements. From what I have gathered, for the spouse version, the one need copies of the marriage certificate, copies of passports ,(both applicant and his spouse) and money to pay the fee? Dowload it here. http://www.thaiembassy.org/london/contents/filemanager/downloadTH/visaapplication15.pdf One copy of marriage certificate and you wife's ID card, Copy of your passport photo page.
