A Burmese restaurant worker was arrested at Mo Chit BTS station yesterday after security guards saw him taking up-skirt pictures with a mobile phone.

 

Sor Ek Too, 26, showed the Bang Seu cops how he got his video clips.

 

He inserted his Huawei phone on video mode in his open toed sandals then got up close to students and office workers.

 

Four such clips were found on his phone though he admitted that he had done a lot more and erased them.

 

He said he did it to later satisfy his carnal urges - he just couldn't resist.

 

Police charged him with behavior offending public morals and said that if it was proven that he shared the videos online he would be in much worse trouble.

 

Daily News reported that the offender works in a Pathumwan department store restaurant.

 

A video indicated that he lives in Lat Prao Soi 38 and has been in Thailand two years.

I totally agree...woman inthailand don't wear nice feminine underwear,they wear jean shorts under dresses...I sometimes find myself in a situation ..''wow I may get a panty shot''...always disappointed...
