PCX shuddering

My 5 years old low KM PCX 150 is shuddering badly every morning when i start using

it and it disappear a few minutes later, had looked it couple of times by Honda

mechanics, they tightened up the belt but after a short while it's back again..

any idea how to solve this once and for all?...

My 12 year old twist and go Honda airblade shudders sometimes never heard of belts being tighten, told a new belt will stop it.
