I got an email in the morning saying that the employment offer to me stands withdrawn because the labor office told them that they issue work permits on case by case basis and my case is a little different. Dunno what does it mean.

 

If one has an O visa,based on marriage to a non-Thai who is working in the kingdom, then they would have to consider a number of things like academic background, years of work experience in Thailand, native or a non native speaker,age etc. In the end, they said that they could not guarantee a WP on an O visa. Thanks to all the people who posted valuable opinions on this thread. Cheers!
