hi you all maybe you could point me in the right direction if this is already on line on Thai visa

I have a friend staying at my house for 6 months. (lampang county) can any one tell me what they must do about the registration of address , I  Iknow this thing happens at Hotels Must my friend go up to CM immigration? I cant do it as i am  in  U.S. can it be done online?

Will he be doing anything at immigration?

The TM30 report would be done at the immigration office in Lampang if needed. Not sure who they will allow to the report of aliens staying at a residence,
