Human remains found behind headman's house in Nakhon Pathom

5PM.jpg

A man clearing a wooded area behind the house of the phu yai ban in Huay Jorakhee Tai sub-district of Nakhon Pathom found what he thought was a pile of discarded clothing.

On closer inspection it was the skeletal remains of a human being. Datsakorn, 38 called the cops.

Forensics determined that the body was male and had been there seven or eight months. Water monitors had dismembered legs and arms.

A blue nylon cord was hanging from the tree.

A black bag was found nearby containing headache tablets.

There was no identification so police are looking at missing person records from seven to eight months ago.

The body was sent for autopsy and the nylon cord is being closely examined.

There's been a string of suicides lately.

Nothing to get strung up about.

Arrest was not necessary.  It surrendered of its own accord.

Now seriously: Why do people do it this way?  It must be an awful way to go.  YUK!!  There's seems to be an international misconception that self hanging is quick and painless. It probably is neither, ever!
