I don't care whose country it is, I will not respect these morons on motorbikes sharing the pavement with me, or the stupid parents who hand their ten year old kids the key to their motorbike.

Totally agree.  Any parent that hands the bike keys to kids should be locked up and the kid taken in to care, kinda like they do in the civilised world.

The world doesn't give a moment's thought about a small SE Asian nation that has no influence in world affairs in any field at all, even in SE Asia, now or ever in the past.

Not sure I fully agree with you. Several of the photos of Prayuth strutting the world stage, show other heads of governments trying very hard not to be near him, or (as in the case of Shinzo Abe), looking as though Prayuth disgusts him. They don't say so of course, that isn't the way things are done in diplomacy, but the body language is clear enough.

While I'm sure you're right in saying that the world pays no real attention to Thailand, none-the-less, Prayuth does try to buddy up to world leaders for his own PR purposes back home, and I suspect it is this that annoys them.

Sure they don't pay a lot of attention

I would not bother too much about the corruption, I will just make it work for me whenever it suits me.:clap2:

As have I in the past. Still, there are matters of principle involved and I do try to pay attention to those - at least sometimes. At other times, I try quite hard to fulfill the expectations of Thai law so it is some years since I succumbed to requests for 'tea money'.

Anyone pointing out that the person filming is the driver of the car using his mobile instead of driving and paying attention to the road - he has no passenger ? Dead motorbike and dead car driver !

Probably the case as would be typical in Thailand, but possibly not as it is being videoed from the passenger window...so possibly a passenger doing the vid.

However, since This Is Thailand, more likely the driver of the car...leaning way over, eyes totally not on the road and on the video and motorbike. Just another day behind the wheel! :1zgarz5:

and use of no hands even more  incredible.

i noticed that. i used to do that on a bicycle on a dedicated bicycle path with no cars and few people but even then i would not take my eyes off the path.

many people have little or awareness of danger or awareness of anything and not much iq

The only shocking thing about this footage about is seeing a Thai motorcyclist riding on the correct side of the road.

Actually the only shocking thing is that she is able to balance her bike with the kid on it and not have a crash during the time she took her hands of the handlebars.

Only solution........ back to the buffalo carts........ ?

Even to ride a Buffalo with 4 generations on it where they are busy with everything from pacifiers, to phones, tablets and dentures - it may as well be challenging especially during the breeding period….:shock1:
