    Like my Mrs ,though she does wear a helmet,never has had a licence,she got fined 2 years ago for that and has still not payed it.I am hoping they lock her up.

The only army I can think of that recruits high functioning kids is the Israeli army, because they are conscripted. There’s an interesting documentary (Vice, I think) on their cyber security skills. It appears that Israel are on top of their game in this field, with many businesses headed by ex military alumni. They identify kids at school and offer them positions in cyber security as part of their national service. One of their teams worked with the US NSA to develop the stuxnet program that wrecked Iran’s nuclear equipment.
