Renewing Non O early, possible

Featured Replies

I work on a 6 week on 6 week off rotation offshore.

My multi entry Non O visa based on marriage to my Thai wife expires on the 11th September 2018.

I will arrive back in Thailand on the 26th of July and the depart again on the 4th of September.

How early can I renew my visa as I will arrive back in Thailand on a visa exempt on the 4th of October, when I fly back from Europe I do not want to have problems with the airlines for not having a return flight.

Thanks in advance

You can do it a few weeks before your visa expires.

You could also get a single re-entry permit (1000 baht) to keep the 90 day entry valid you will get when you enter the country in July and use it to enter the country in October. Then get your new non-o visa.

Thanks Ubonjoe,

That should work for me.
