marino28 Posted June 28, 2018 Share Posted June 28, 2018 Hi everybody, is a couple of day already that my internet connection is slow and unstable (i use 3bb and live in Jomtien, Thappraya road), before everything was ok. KittenKong Posted June 29, 2018 Share Posted June 29, 2018 Slowness can have many causes but if you lose sync on your xDSL often then it will most likely be a physical problem with the line or modem, and probably nothing to do with the 3BB service as such. Sync problems are generally more common during rainy periods, such as we are having now. Call them and they can test the line remotely and can usually tell where the fault is from that. marino28 Posted June 29, 2018 Author Share Posted June 29, 2018 problem solved Today i have called 3BB customer service, they promptly send a technician in my condo, he fix the problem and after he left i also recive a call to confirm that everything was fine.
