Hua Hin Grand Hotel & Baan Sansaran Condos

Featured Replies

Does anyone know either the Hua Hin Grand Hotel or Baan Sansaran Condos?

Can you give me some info on them please.

I'm familiar with them both.

Baan Sansaran is a very classy, large (but low rise), well run condo complex.

Most units are 2 BR, and about 110 sq.meters.

They seldom are rented out, and when they are the prices now seem to be between 30,000 and 40,000 per month........and worth every baht.

Fabulous series of pools, beautiful grounds and gardens..........it's own beach.

Mid-week the place is often almost empty, as most owners are from Bangkok.

Like everything else it gets crazy busy on holiday weekends.

It's located about 2-3 Kms from town centre, going south.

The Grand Hotel is a whole other story.

A highrise structure.........not on, but within a long block of the beach and close to downtown.

They seem to get a fair amount of tours and they host a lot of meetings and very small conventions.

Rumour has it that The Prince has or had something to do with the place.

Under 2,000 per night.......and in my opinion should be about 1,000.

I haven't stayed there, but sadly have tried their restaurant.......don't bother.

The only thing Grand about the place is the name.
