Lazada not accepting COD?

I have used Lazada many times and always pick the cash on delivery for the payment option. Recently i have had all my orders cancelled as it is requesting that i PAY NOW.  Anyone else having problems? Have Lazada stopping accepting COD orders?

I had COD deliveries Thursday and Saturday, and 3 or 4 more last month.

I have had 4 c.o.d. deliveries from Lazada in the past 2 weeks no problem.

Some vendors on Lazada accept COD, some don't.

 

There's a selection box in the search function (left side) to limit your results to the vendors that do accept COD.

Delivery week and a half ago.

Ordered some items yesterday, after selecting pay on delivery also noticed the 'pay now' box underneath. Slightly confused but just clicked on the 'Pay now' box and order went through as COD. (Received eMail confirmation as COD)

That sounds as if COD was available at the time of order, and was later cancelled.

If so my second question is, do you frequently reject orders on delivery?

Jan - at the order point you have a selection of payment options. I always select COD and usually this is accepted. With over 100 orders i have only ever rejected orders on delivery once.

I have just repeated my order and the COD option seems to work now. Maybe just a system clitch before.

I have had several orders from Lazada in the last year the last being 2 weeks ago at Thb17000. All were COD but I have noticed that on some items a message pops up "COD not Available". I think that some suppliers especially from outside Thailand do not offer COD.
