Microsoft is getting back into the cheaper tablet game today with the new Surface Go, a smaller, less powerful take on the popular Surface Pro device. The Go features a 10-inch screen, integrated kickstand, Windows 10, and a similar design to the Surface Pro, and starts at $399. It is available for preorder starting July 10th and will ship in August.

 

Wonder how reliable it would be?

I think reliability should be fine.  Speed?  Now, that's another issue.

I still have a Surface RT - the first version.

It still works perfectly fine to look at the internet, play some simple games, etc.

In any test I read people are happy with the quality of the Surface. I can confirm this form my personal use and other users.

 

And it's Windows - not Mac ! ?
