Have a landlord letter already for Non-O extension - need condo letter too for CW?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Hopefully the title says most of it! This is regarding a 1 year extension of stay to a Non-Imm O visa based on marriage to a Thai National.

I live in a Condo building and already have the permission letter, ID card and tabien baan from my landlord who owns the unit.

The tabien baan is the OWNER'S tabien baan (i.e. the one they are on, not the one for the condo).

Do I also need a letter from the condo office, or something else? It's been a while since I've been in a condo so just want to check.

The immigration office is CW.

Thanks in advance for your help.

That is not required.

Ok great thank you.

Is there any issue with not having the tabien baan copy for the actual condo I'm in? Obviously the lease is between me and the owner that I have the ID card and tabien baan for but just want to double check.

That might be needed or other proof he owns the condo but Chaeng Wattana is not that strict on their requirements.
