Harold's ex Nong Nat furious that her old porn pics used to get Line customers

The former porn star wife of American business Harold Nesland has gone to Bangkok cops to complain that old sex images of her are being used to promote a Line application group. 

 

And outside the Bang Na police station she said that now she is doing "honest" work, not selling her body or living off a man.

 

Ketsarin Chaichalermphon - known as Nong Nat Ketsarin - was formerly seen in more horizontal poses; now she says she is an upright citizen. 

 

She was a very well known porn star before her much publicized marriage and break-up with US millionaire Harold. 

 

She told the Bang Na cops that ten year old images of her doing sex work were being used by a Line site that has 40,000 members. 

 

She did not give permission for the use of the images. 

 

Police accepted the report and promised action on Monday, reported INN.

Given the amount of time that has passed, why hasn't somebody asked how they would know the images she's talking about are really her. Can't take the heat, then don't ever get near the fire.  Work in porn then complain that your pictures are being distributed on the Internet for whatever reason?  Stop being silly.  Then the big question: who owns the copyrights to those images?  Like most porno stars, she was probably paid a 'modeling' fee and actual is not the copyright holder.  But if she is, more power to her.  Get a lawyer instead of complaining to the cops.  Then get a court order to take down the copyrighted images.  If she doesn't hold the copyrights - so sad too bad.  Back to:  Can't take the heat, then don't ever get near the fire.
